I was apprently running this business from my own home.

I offered all information I had before my interview they are not interested in my exs where abouts they have not made contact with him his girlfriend or his works all of which at different address to mine.

The investigator is only interested in what evidence he has obtained nothing I provide is of any interest.

You need to get to your local CAB or SHELTER office and ask for advice and or representation on this.

Also seek your MP out. If you have evidence to disprove the allegations, then if on the basis of the FI's report a DM decides to stop your benefits and persue a prosecution (that part is upto the CPS not the DWP BTW) youll need the support and representation.

And what evidence has he obtained on the subject of illicit dog grooming?
  • Is your ex partners driving licence still at your address and are you still using his store card and is he still living in a van outside one of his relatives address and his work vehicle?
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.

If you have not worked as a dog groomer there can not be ANY evidence can there.
Just be honest with them and if it was a malicious claim against you it will become obvious.
    They cannot make stuff up.

There was once an anonymous malicious accusation against me. It was false, so no evidence could be found to prove otherwise. I answered the questions honestly and offered further proof that I was innocent (in my case, bank statements). If you haven't been a dog groomer, there can be no proof that you was.

Was the money that your ex put into your account child maintenance? My ex doesn't pay extra for me to take the kids on trips or to buy extra clothes or games, but maybe your ex is more generous.

You should definitely attend though, as it is a serious matter if you don't - not to mention, you can't defend yourself.

Hi thank you for all responses.

They had no evidence of dog grooming theu were welcome to come to my home which he declined the offer, the anonymous tip off then gave the dwp the rights to access my bank account which showed my childrens dad putting maintenance in my account which is what I told the investigator at my first interview from the maintenance money they then said it's apprent he never left and is living with me as a couple.

He pays for them to do extra hobbys like sports etc as I am in no position to pay for these luxurys. He also paid for both elders to go on summer camps and residentials. My children are very lucky but unfortunately his new partner did not like the fact he gave our children the same luxuries as hers and this played a big part in his new relationship breakdown.

I pay all bills from my account all in my name etc. The investigator kept saying I must have access to my childrens dads account which is pretty ridiculous I denied this in the first interview.

The second letter I have received says pretty much same as the first it doesn't mention discussing more evidence just that they need to IUC me urgently. I have written a statement and will send this to him along with copies of my bills.

None of his post is addressed here now he also took the store card back and got it put on hold and I am now paying this with no interest added if that makes sense. I have not been claiming any benefit since February so I don't see how any recent changes would be of interest to the dwp.

    Hope this answers some questions

    Many thanks

No works vehicle at mine either he did have one at somepoint but not currently but again im not claiming is HB ctb so current activities won't effect this. His parents where he was staying isn't that far away but his new tenancy only just started so that won't really help me out now another investigator has made no contact to him.

The motorhome he used has since been scrapped as far as I'm aware it ran out of tax and got towed. But as previously pointed out no contact been made to his parents to confirm him being there.

Looking at a previous thread that you posted on about your first interview you mention a fair few things that would raise suspicion.

It does not matter that you are no longer receiving any benefits. They are investigating the time when you were receiving benefits.

You need to seek specialist advice now, especially since this is a second interview.

You may not be entitled to legal help but if you are financially more solvent now then it will be worth paying for a professional to help and accompany you to the interview.

There is no point in going over and over what has been said/not been said. You do not seem to know exactly what they are accusing you of which is why it is so important to get legal help.
