    Today- Mexican lasagne and chips.
Wednesday- Jacket potatoes with cheese and beans
Thursday- Minced lamb hotpot, roasted carrots and broccoli
    Friday- Pizza and potato wedges
Saturday- Egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes B/B
Sunday- Roast Pork, stuffing, roasties, cabbage, carrots and gravy.

    Happy Eating all :)

Chop it up and serve it on the side with the peri peri or spicy chicken.

(I love mixing fruit and savoury)

eta - I'm looking for suggestions for next week...

I've got 6 frozen figs, and I'm thinking something tomato based, maybe with chicken and BN squash?

Not sure if it'll work, and wondering what spices to put in to complement it.

    Recommendations appreciated.

I would follow the middle eastern theme and think Harissa or Ras El hanout I would roast the figs with BN squash, sweet potato and red peppers...what time you want me round for dinner :D
