How to view video message on mobile?

My sister has been trying to send me a photo via SMS but it seems to be too large as when I look up her messages folder on my phone, it has two messages saying"Message not downloaded." So I texted her to say this and she said she would try an alternative method.
Now I have received a URL from her id, pointing me to an Orange Photo/Video Message. When I click on the link it takes me to a screen saying Enter your mobile number and the password we sent you.
But I have not been sent any password.
Anyone know how this is supposed to work?

Do you have DATA on as the picture comes via data not sms .
That will be her password for her Orange photo.0 -
No, no data on.
The same message has arrived at 11.00am for two days running now. It comes into my text messages box on my phone from my sister and says
"I've sent you an Orange Photo/Video Message. Go to https://orange.mms.ee.co.uk/orange. Your message is valid for 7 days."
When I go to the URL it prompts me for my mobile number and the password it says has been texted to me. (No password received.)
My sister says she tried to send me a photo by SMS/MMS, which she does regularly and successfully. I did suggest when I got an earlier message from her about photo about not downloading, that she send it by email. I meant to my pc but she might have tried to send it to my phone. I have asked her but she is not very IT savvy and says she is now confused about what she did.
She has an iphone and a vodafone contract. I have a Sony Xperia and an Orange/EE contract. I think you need to take out an additional sub with Orange to receive Video messages which I have not done. If she tried to email the photo to my phone from her iphone, could that have triggered it? We were just a bit concerned that it might be some sort of scam.0 -
Use WhatsApp (free to install), you can post photos and videos on there and the only cost is your data, which if you do it over a WiFi connection, will be nothing on your mobile account. My family use it all the time and we have unlimited data on all our home broadbands. Do be aware that many free WiFi services block WhatsApp though.
