Hi I bought a jawbone up2 on 15th April this year. I bought it from John Lewis and they have the 2 year warranty.

Now it worked great at first but now I can't feel the vibration anymore I think this may not be working. I was late to work this week because of it. I rely on this type of thing to wake me up as I'm deaf I have multiple alarms set as well so it's not just the one alarm not working for me.

Sorry realised i made mistake with title

Now can I take it back and exchange it for a fit bit charge hR I am willing to pay the difference in price as I got the jawbone a bit cheaper due to price match

John Lewis don't have to honour an exchange to a different product (which is essentially a refund, so you would have to pay the difference if they did, you seem to word it as 'I'll even...')

They can exchange it with another jawbone refund it, or replace it.

So why are you asking here?

    They might.

    Legally they don't have to.

That's about the crux of it

Your first step is to speak to JL. If you have difficulty with the phone their Facebook team tend to respond quite quickly.

If you bought in store go and return it, show them the fault you describe.
