Hi I bought a jawbone up2 on 15th April this year. I bought it from John Lewis and they have the 2 year warranty.
Now it worked great at first but now I can't feel the vibration anymore I think this may not be working. I was late to work this week because of it. I rely on this type of thing to wake me up as I'm deaf I have multiple alarms set as well so it's not just the one alarm not working for me.
Sorry realised i made mistake with title
Now can I take it back and exchange it for a fit bit charge hR I am willing to pay the difference in price as I got the jawbone a bit cheaper due to price match

Can you take it back and exchange .
Not unless JL agree and its worth asking .0 -
John Lewis don't have to honour an exchange to a different product (which is essentially a refund, so you would have to pay the difference if they did, you seem to word it as 'I'll even...')
They can exchange it with another jawbone refund it, or replace it.0 -

Worded it wrong.

If you bought in store go and return it, show them the fault you describe.0
