iv not long just moved in but my sister made it clear i need to hurry up and move. im just worried while trying to get an house id be charged over the odds by my sister due to rent and ct as she says id have to pay around 50 a week extra ontop of my 100 a month
some information on non-dependent deductions here

with your income, your sister would lose £46.80 (£203 per calendar month) from their benefits.0 -
OP, you seem to be very concerned about paying £300 but that seems like a perfectly reasonable amount for a room. You might not have much left after rent, food and child support but it should be doable. It might reassure you to write out a list of your income and expenditure - if it doesn't add up, post it here/on the Debt Free Wannabe board and folks will help you with it.0

Have you looked at private rentals for 1,2 and 3 bedrooms ( not sure how many you'd need with the kids). Then put the different figures into a benefits calculator. You might get housing benefit? You'd get single person discount on council tax I assume as well? Not sure what other benefits you'd get, but I'm sure the benefits checker will tell you.
You could also ask on the benefits board what the situation is if you moved out.

As you are over 25 and working 30 hrs a week you may be eligible for working tax credits. This won't be a lot but, as they say, every little helps.
As regards non dependent deductions from your sister's HB and CT reduction you will not be legally liable for them but should, morally, be covered in what you pay your sister plus extra for utilities etc.
This should be perfectly doable on your salary.
If either your sister or her partner get DLA/PIP then these non dependent deductions won't be made. However, she must notify the council of the change of circumstances.
You may be able to stay there a few days as a visitor but as you do not have a home elsewhere then you would be considered resident there.
You are classed as homeless so have every right to make a homeless application. So do go to the council and do this. At the very least they should be able to give you some housing advice.

Of course, I understand that you would like your own place but realistically it would cost much more for you to 'run' a one bed place.
As regards HB for yourself you would only be eligible for the shared accommodation rate as you are under 35. It is probable that you would not get any HB with your salary.
A house share is probably your only option if you cannot increase your salary. It may not be suitable for your children but you may need to make other arrangements. e.g. have them during the day only.
Top priority is to find a better paid job or two part time ones. are you on shift work which stops you from doing bar work (for example). Any chance you could ask for a change in working hours?
Wishing you well.0
