Early Surrender

Myself, LL and LA have come to an emailed agreement that I can surrender the property I am letting on a 12 M FTC in England early. Keys have been handed back and discussing deposit.
I want to summarise everything to mitigate any potential issues at a later date because I am not happy that the emailed agreement gives me the protection I would like.
Topics the letter covers
Contract
Early Surrender Date
Rent is fully paid and settled
New tenants have been sourced and when they are expected tomove in.
The latter bit is because the council are refusing to terminate the account until I get that information in a letter from the LA.
Is there anything else I need to include?

Clarify your abbreviations to avoid confusion.
Clarify the terms agreed for the ES (Evening Standard).
No idea what you mean by 'contract'. Are you going to include the entire original contract, or what?
'Discussing deposit'? Depending what that means it might or might not be relevant to include.0
