We have been searching in South West Wales , and its noticeable how many properties are on Zoopla and not RM , can only assume thats because RM is too pricey for a slower market than other areas

I would always expect a house to be on RM it is the go to site for buyers in my opinion.

agents only use zoopla in my area. 1 of them uses rightmove and just a few have started using onthemarket.
zoopla is pretty much the only site i use.

Yep , that is what we found as well , it meant having to check a few websites not just the usual two, as some EA`s in Wales dont use any sites other than their own

Ye, it's a bit frustrating. What EA's have you found that don't use any sites?
  • Thanks for the responses everyone . Appreciated!

I've subsequently done a bit of investigative work and can see that the agent does use rightmove (I can see other property listings with them) but perhaps this branch doesn't?

She can have a conversation with them about it on Monday.
