Cash balance transfer

in Credit cards
Hi
i was looking for a little advice please.
i have several credits cards that we are paying down.
My barc card has some of the balance at 0% and some at 15.9% (about 4.5k)
now they are offering a 0% to sep 17 cash balance transfer with a 2.9% fee.
all my remaining cards are at 0%
My question is can i take the offer and take 3k cash (at a cost £87) and then pay the money straight back onto the credit card.
So essentially shifting £3k of my £4.5k interest balance to 0%
Will Barc card let me do it? or would it be better to do the transfer one month and pay it back the following?
thanks

Yes, if you have the limit.0

... and if you don't, this can possibly be done in several steps.0

thanks for the help. I wasn't sure if they would be funny about it.
i have just checked and i have £4.7k on 15.9% and they have stated i have £3970 available to BT
so i think i will just do the £3970 - OH is due some overtime next month of about 500 which can clear the rest.0 -
I did just this,
I had £2500 due to finish 03/05/16, I was given a offer £3500 of 0% MT for 2% fee, so I transferred it to my bank account then paid back the £2500, and now its not due to finish till May 2018...
I now only have two BT left on my Barclaycard rather then the 3 I had, I am now just waiting for any more offers to appear as my balance is only 40% of the credit limit.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
