Does anyone have the contact email for the person who deals with netmums prizes?

I received a prize I won from them this morning but it's only now I've taken a closer look that I realise I have received a much cheaper model that the one advertised in the competition which I won.

I was already chasing delivery and I suspect the wrong one was sent out in haste. Sadly I've deleted all the paperwork thinking I wouldn't need it any more. If I can't query it with them I will have no choice but to do it via an ASA complaint because it is clearly not as described or even of a similar value - it's worth about a third of the actual prize.

Well I've deduced it's Jenny Lewis but I can't find her email...

Anyone?

can you not just go to the netmums site and contact them via their contact page: http://www.netmums.com/home/contact-us or help@netmums.com

Some people just use their first name @ their domain name.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the prize? I had a missed delivery today that was from netmums for a vileda hot spray mop. Just wondering if it would be the same prize and if i'll possibly be receiving the cheaper model
