Hi
So a two part question:
1. I travelled to the States last year and still have a valid ESTA - i have noticed that the expiry date i entered for my passport in incorrect. This was not picked up on my last visit. How do i amend this?
2. Prior to the States i am in Mexico for a few days, I understand that i do not need to apply for a visa, only a card that is completed on arrival? Is there any cost for this?
Many thanks
Sachin

Once the ESTA has been authorised, it's no longer possible to make any amendments except for your e-mail address and intended address in the USA.
How are you travelling from Mexico to the USA?
If it's by aircraft then you should apply for a new ESTA just in case the discrepancy is noticed. (unlikely, but is it worth risking it for the sake of $14/£9).
If you are going in to the US by a land (car, train) then an ESTA isn't required as you just fill in an entry form at the border crossing (no charge for this) so there would be no need to get a new ESTA.0 -
Thanks.
Travelling from Mexico to US by aircraft.
