I'm starting the Legal Practice Course part time one day a week and was wondering if anyone knows whether I would be able to claim job seekers.

i don't know much about JSA, and i don't mean this to be a rude question, but would you be better off if you could get a part time job in the rest of the week? it might give you more money each month.:happyhear0

I have been looking for a part time job but haven't found one yet so wanted to see if I could get JSA in the meantime0

How many hours will you be expected to study? This is the key to your eligibility.
JSA is for people looking for full time work, and you would be expected to apply for, and take a full time job if one was offered to you.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Friday 9-5 is when I have to be in uni0

You are expected to study for more than one day. This is what the DWP will ask the university. Surely you have been given an indicator of additional study hours required?Gone ... or have I?0
