Waiting for Tribunal Date

After only scoring just 3 points for daily care pip after the assessor failed to relay a third of my problems, I am currently waiting on a date for a tribunal.
As I understand it, the tribunal service has asked the dwp for their file/
They only have around 2 weeks left to respond.
I made a lengthy complaint to ATOS over how botched my assessment was, and the fact that the so-called nurse claimed I was not on any medication for anxiety, being one of the issues I complained about.
I've been told by the tribunal service I can submit further evidence to be considered of which I am waiting to hear back from.
I want to know is what happens if the dwp fails to submit their file on time!?
They have around 2 weeks left to supply this.
I've not done this before and I am very anxious, having mental health issues and a fast heart rate its going to be very hard.

Haven't looked up the relevant legislation but trust this website.
The DWP can be given an extension if they haven't submitted the file.

Frustrating but not much you can do.0 -

Thanks.
I suppose its a good thing because I haven't heard from my gp yet and I've not as of yet had a reply from ATOS.
This will give me more time for my partner to make a written letter of what he does for me on a daily basis, and can submit everything beforehand.
I hope I am not waiting too long because loosing £53 per week is a financial struggle.0 -

As I've just lost £53 per week that's not financially possible for me!!0 -
Re the tribunal hearing -
Do attend so you can explain things to the panel;
Go though the PIP descriptors carefully -
http://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip/indexxx.php
- and identify where you score the necessary points (8 for a standard award);
Keep notes / diary of examples relating to these activities which you can take to the tribunal and tell the panel about;
Get as much evidence as possible to the TS before the hearing - this could be medical evidence, evidence from carers / friends etc, letter from your GP;
As the advice now guide suggests try to relate the evidence to the relevant descriptors;
Write a statement to explain your case and get this to the TS before the hearing, so the panel can reveiw it. Keep this brief, to the point, and relevant to the descriptors.
See if you can get an appointment at your local CAB.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

Partner's done a written statement to say what he does for me day to day.
Waiting to hear back from gp.
Waiting to hear back from ATOS regarding botched assessment.
As soon as I hear from above, will be sending everything to tribunal.
Just hope it helps xx0
