Competition to win two return flights to New York (JFK) with British Airways

1. Entry to the competition is open to persons aged 18 or over except employees and their families of London Gatwick Airport, BA or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The competition closing date for entries is 31 August 2016 and the draw will take place by 14 September 2016.
3. The winner will be drawn independently and selected at random from all valid entrants.
4. The winners will be notified by email within three weeks of the closing date.
5. The prize consists of two return flights to New York (JFK) with British Airways from London Gatwick.

1. Prize is subject to flight availability travel must be completed by 30/04/2017.
2. Travel to London Gatwick Airport and all transfers are not included and shall be paid for by the winner.
3. All prizes are non transferable, non amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted and tickets will be issued electronically. All persons must travel on the same flight and dates as the winner and carry a valid passport.
4. The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together.
5. Flight bookings are subject to availability and preferred dates are not guaranteed.
6. The costs of transfers, travel insurance, accommodations, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
7. Travel on British Airways codeshare and alliance partner airlines and franchise’s is not permitted.
