We have gas copper pipes leading to our boiler in the utility room. Is it safe to paint over these (leaving labels)?
Thanks

Yes it's fine; you won't harm the copper.0

Yes, but use metal paint.0

Doesn't need to be metal paintI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
I used radiator paint on mine and they still look perfect after 3.5 years.0

Mine are just done in emulsion, even the ones with insulation near the boiler, saves trying to avoid them:DI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
thanks folks0

I marked mine with gas warning tape because otherwise they are indistinguishable from the water pipes.0

That's irrelevant to painting though??I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

My copper pipes were painted using emulsion paint, the same paint used on the walls, in order to mask the pipes. Two years later and they still look as good.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
