All entries submitted must be in English, be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. 6. Copyright in all entries submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Telegraph Media Group Limited and BNP Paribas to feature any or all of the submitted entries in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this Competition. Entrants will not receive remittance for such publication, though their work will be credited.
7. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission or posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
8. The judging panel (“Judges”) comprises Sophie H Wright of the BNP Paribas Tennis team and Eve Laundy of the LTA. The Judges will choose four winning entries. A winning entry shall be that which best demonstrates the motivation for the entrant’s love of tennis. The Judges will take originality, humour and patriotism into consideration. The decision of the Judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. In the event of a tie, the Judges shall select the winner or winners by means of a prize draw, with the winners being chosen at random from those entries that have tied for a prize.
10. The winners shall be contacted by the Promoter by phone or email by 5pm on Thursday, June 9 2016. In the event of the Promoter being unable to contact a winner or of a winner being unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another entrant who, in the opinion of the judges and in accordance with these terms and conditions, is the next best entry.
11. The winning entrants shall each win two places at the BNP Paribas We are Tennis Fan Academy at the Aegon Championships Final taking place at the Queen’s Club on Sunday 19th June 2016. Each prize includes a Fan Academy uniform, VIP Fan Experience at the National Tennis Centre in the morning at the National Tennis Centre hosted by Greg Rusedski, and two Centre Court tickets to the Final of the Aegon Championships at Queens.
12. Each winner must take their prize as one package. Failure of a winner to attend the BNP Paribas We Are Tennis Fan Academy will result in forfeiture of their entire prize.
13. Where the winner’s guest is under 18 years of age, proof of prior parental or guardian permission for them to attend will be required
14. The prizes do not include travel to or from the event, accommodation, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs. The prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives
