Should we not, when this happens, be encouraging people to fighht back?
I am sure that, if an invoice for, say, £50- £60 is sent to a PPC, most would rather pay up than fight it.
I'm sure you're right TD, and maybe we should, but my instinct is that the majority of posters are exhausted by the process of killing their case and just so relieved to get it out of their life, they're just happy to go no further.
I guess if we determine an OP to be a stroppy old sod, we might encourage them down your line of thinking.
