Hi,

Do you need to pre-book for disney world parking at florida, or can you just turn up and pay at the gate or at a ticket machine??

Do you need correct money?

Parking appears to be $20 a day for a car.

I can't see any option for booking a space or prepaying so I guess you just pay when you arrive.

    Just turn up....thousands do everyday.

Correct money probably appreciated but I wouldn't worry if you need to get change.

There are 4 main parks at WDW and the $20 you pay at one car park will do you in another park if you change parks in the same day so make sure you hang on to your ticket.
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

Pay at the booth, cash or card, they're manned so you can always get change, at Magic Kingdom once you've parked you get a tram to the entrance, then either a boat or the Monorail to the gate. Just remember where you've parked, the car parks are HUGE, all the hire cars seem to look the same, you frequently see people wandering about looking for their car.

Just to add to the above - it's a good idea to take a pic of the sign at the end of the parking row so you have a vague idea of where you've parked. I saw that people had left a towel or something on the parcel shelf so they could ID their car pretty quickly

It's your own fault for being so young. When we went parking was free & you could park within spitting distance of the turnstiles.

    Spitting was frowned upon though.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.
