I have signed up for a household executive account with British airways,do I also need to sign everyone up with avoid and create a household account with them aswell?

Thanks

Two options:
1. Sign them up with their own IDs and accounts. Then add them to your household account from your ID.
2. Set them up as people in your family and friends list.
Use option 1 if you want to collect all of your earned avios together in one place. Use option 2 if you want to spend your avios on people that are not part of the executive club and unlikely to sign up themselves.School is important, but Rugby is importanter.0 -
Is that with executive club or avios?
Currently they all have exec club membership numbers and are added to my exec club household.
I also have a seperate avios account that I have had for years do I need to set them up avios and also add them to a household on there aswell as with BA?
Sorry for the questions I can't get my head round it?0 -
Don't create an Avios.com household account. It creates all sorts of difficulties further down the line.
Getting an Iberia account in place and crediting some survey points to it creates some good future low tax redemption opportunities.0 -
Thank you for the advice.
Also that is for the Iberia tip will do that.0 -
*Thanks* for Iberia tip0

You can also access Vueling reward flights via Iberia acc. These dont seem to show up on BA EX or Avios.com.
As mentioned earlier, a household Avios.com acc PREVENTS transferring between the 3 Avios schemes so best avoided IMO0 -
Go to headforpoints for loads of advice on avios collecting. Raffles updates daily with any offers,June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

Interesting you say that. We have a BA household account and an Avios household account. I thought I could transfer my balance from the Avios account in to the BA one. Tried to do this last night and it would't let me. No idea why..0 -

You have to go from individual account to individual account with a transfer.
The Avios.com site lumps you all together as one so this snookers you completely. There is a PDF form for all members to sign to unwind it, but I don't want to tell my ex-wife about the 100,000 Avios I got custody of!
Use Avios.com by all meas, but don't make it a HHA.0 -

Thanks for clarifying. The only reason I want to move from avios account to BA account is that I normally book two one way trips ( RFS) on BA to save a bit on the taxes, as they are almost always cheaper from other European countries.
For instance, the return trip form Malaga this summer is £24 in taxes or thereabouts, on the BA site, but if I book on the Avios site I pay £52.50 in taxes.
Am I missing something?0
