"possible spam" keeps appearing

I keep on finding emails appearing marked as "possible spam" on my android tablet
they are NOT spam and I cannot find a way to permanently set them correctly
any suggestions ?

Just realised that it is also affecting my Windows email as well - ie the subject is being added to by the phrase "possible spam" across the board - so it appears that senders systems reckon that I am a spammer ?0
