"possible spam" keeps appearing

I keep on finding emails appearing marked as "possible spam" on my android tablet
they are NOT spam and I cannot find a way to permanently set them correctly
any suggestions ?
is this a common problem ?

I am using the stock email app on Android 5.1 and they are also, now appearing on my wifes Android 5.0.1 device
Which leads me to think that it is either a general fault with Android or an issue with our email provider (TalkTalk business)

Just realised that it is also affecting my Windows email as well - ie the subject is being added to by the phrase "possible spam" across the board - so it appears that senders systems reckon that I am a spammer ?
