hi ct capital fraudulently miss sold my ppi admitted to it actual sent proof I even know the name of the man that committed the fraud his name is micheal and they still wont let me get my ppi back because its over 6years but I am wihin the 3 year time limit looking for anybody else that has bbeen miss sold by this company or by this man

If you have been the victim of fraud you should be contacting the Police, not posting on a forum.

If, on the other hand, you have simply been mis-sold some insurance unfortunately your complaint has been time-barred. On other threads , you say that you have already referred your complaint to the Ombudsman, but I wouldn't hold out too much hope that you will ever get anything more from this.
