We have had a week of glorious weather which is allegedly due to end at the weekend, which is a long one for us. Schools dont get half term now as secondary schools close tomorrow until September except for exam classes......primary schools close at end of June for 8 weeks.
Have just been t o the airport with my Japanese friend and her little girl....her father was diag nosed with lung cancer last year and his condition got much worseover the last week or so....she rang me yesterday for advice on what she should do as her mother kept sayin to wait and see.....I told her to go, she booked their tickets and 30 minutes latergot news that he had died....I wish ihad known earlier as I would have encouraged her to go sooner.
Well wishes to all

Hi everyone :j As a lapsed subscriber, I still read every day.Am still plodding on, with the Grandkids n pooches.Sadly last week my Bros MIL was found dead in the bath
She was only in her early 60s, n had been very active until recently, when she seemed a bit confused. She was a white witch, so the funeral ceremony should be interesting xx
