Npower ignoring request to reissue cheque

Thanks for the replies. Shortly after posting this I received an email confirming that a cheque would be sent out to me, and I've now received it. It went to my old address instead of the new one, but it's in my married name so the most important bit was right. Luckily, my in laws still live at that address, so it didn't get lost in the post!
