    This is all I could find, its from his own website:

    Born in the sixties in North America, Stephen Hunt is a genre writer currently residing in London (Great Britain).

    I don't blame you,I hate it too. It has the most awful questions for a start. I remember ages ago there was a question and it took us hours trying to figure out the answer (I don't think we did in the end either)!!!! Thanks for posting them all.
