Credit card - no statements for 8 years

UPDATE
I have received a letter from the credit card company in response to this. They acknowledge receiving a fax from me on 8th November 2010 complaining that my address had not been updated and giving details of my address, however they claim that as the fax was not signed they were unable to update my address. They confirm they haven't sent statements by mail or email since 2008. They have offered me £30 in vouchers!
My understanding is the consumer credit act requires statements (monthly and annual), they have now admitted to having my correct address since 2010 so I don't see how they can say it isn't their problem.0 -
