OK , read the newbies section , with reference to Scootland , the POFa2012 act does not apply there , hence the reason for the begging letters

please would you look at the first letter you received , is there any mention of POFa 2012?

    Sorry, i am from Scotland.

OK, so search the parking forum for 'Scotland' then! The advice differs and that's why you have no court papers. :)

Still wouldn't be likely to sue in Scotland though.

No mention of it on my letters. I admitted that i was the driver in a brief appeal section on the site in a panic and also stated i was a patient at an appointment at the time. I just dont want it to effect my credit rating or my dads. All the letters also have my dads surname spelt incorrectly also. Anyway i will contact the practice tomorrow and see if they can do anything. just wanted advice in case it differed with NHS.

It doesn't. Get wise, read what you are being told to read - search the forum for Scotland!
