Zoopla. .0

You can find them directly on Land Registry website - google 'land registry search the price paid data'. Then enter the postcode and date range.0

Sorry, what i meant was one which just has a list of sold house prices according to date, neither seem to do that..0

You can sort them by date on Rightmove.0

That's why I was asking. Is there an alternative site that you can see a list on?0

Land registry updates its data around the 28th of each month for the previous month.
Zoopla and Rightmove update their websites a few days after this hence 5 weeks or so.
The land registry data for April has just been released, this will have a lot missing anyway as not all solicitors get everything submitted in time so it will often be a couple more months for all the data to be available to teh public.0 -
Houseprices.io
A nicely laid out, simple sight showing latest sold prices along with previous prices and real/nominal changes.0
