• Closing date for entries will be midday on the 12th June 2016
• Prize consists of a 3 month membership of Meg Rivers Cake Club
• Open to UK residents only
• Winners must supply the following data: Name, email address, mobile telephone number, delivery address, delivery instructions (if applicable)
• Winners must be available to sign on the day of delivery or arrange a suitable place for the delivery to be left via SMS or email communication with our courier
• Dispatch of the first cake will be arranged within five working days of the winner’s details being received and the following two cakes will be delivered at the beginning of the next two months
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available

I got the same a few hours ago, but have just tried again (same browser) and it worked, so hopefully fixed
