For your informing input. I was and am being charged for electricity from Scottish power.
Also why has it taken many attempts on my part to resolve this issue, only to have British gas tell me this after 2 years
Unless you have 2 electricity Meters one of these companies is incorrectly billing you. If you have paid Scottish Power and they aren't the rightful supplier you will be entitled to your money back. Then British Gas should write off any charges over a year under the billing code so you may end up better off. Plus I would argue with British Gas that you had not had the option of a cheaper tariff as had not been aware they were the supplier and ask for the difference between their cheaper tariff and the one they've billed you on to be written off the bill and perhaps a goodwill gesture for the hassle as they are at fault. Have you spoken to Scottish Power about this and what have they said?Make £10 per day-
June: £100/£3000
