i dont know how to fight samsung?

how do i complain to samsung and get the ombudsman involved.
right then customers should know how rude and unhelpful samsung are. its been 4 weeks since they sent my phone back to me smashed i have been arguing with them nearly everyday. they have lied to me saying its unrepairable yet sent me a repair quote with no details, when i looked into it they were charging me for the glass they broke, and were trying to hide it. they are saying it was done by the courier yet the glass was put in a plastic bag not even reglued to the phone and left seperate. phone was thrown in a box no thicker than a birthday card. the package was intact when it arrived back as i have video proof of me opening it sealed. the repair team confirmed it had 1 crack in the back glass which i knew about. proving it made it to them as i sent it.
they have hung up on me when it got to 6pm knowing i could not ring back. they have said its nothing to do with them i need to contact the courier, the courier have confirmed samsung need to claim, samsung told me they would do it and it takes 8 working days that was on the 6th of may also told me they needed 2 days to speak to repair team 4 days to get an email back. 5 days to look at my photos and videos this is all seperate occasions to string me along hoping i drop it.
they said the minimum they can do is put the glass back on, which i thought was a new one, oh no they mean put the smashed one on and send it back to me. all i ever wanted was them to say sorry this happened please send it back we will put a new one on which will cost them no more than a few pound. i didnt want a new phone or compensation just my phone back how i sent it to them which they have a legal obligation to do. believe me this is only the tip of the lies we have been told and how me and my wife have been treated. i have no idea how i can fight this company please help

use more paragraphs and sentances please, your post is hard to read.

If your phone is not fit for purpose and lasted a reasonable length of time, then you take it up with the retailer who sold it to you. They are responsible, not the manufacturer

I had a similar experience with Samsung.

Their customer service is the worst ever.

My screen shattered when charging and they blamed me saying i dropped it. I got a deadlock letter from them and took legal action. They caved in but it took 3 months to get the phone replaced free of charge.

    Try emailing uk.president@samsung.com .

No point messaging the CEO or anyone - waste of time and space

I simply issued a Notice Before Proceedings - then on to Money Claim Online - 16 days is reasonable period of time to wait for a repair

    They settled out of court....
