Did you pay enough into account in April?

Simplest answer is to ask Nationwide, they should know exactly what condition wasn't met. Isn't interest credited tonight for May?

In April, you didn't pay in £1,000, so no interest due.

You should see interest for May later tonight or tomorrow.

You didn't pay in £1000 in April. I think May's interest will appear tomorrow (dated today).

    Silly me!

Ooops! Thanks for pointing that out (only paid in £992 which doesnt meet the £1,000 requirement), I need to be more careful with that in the future.

    Thanks for the quick responses.
