In June 2008, my wife of 30 years inherited her mothers property. My wife was an only child and her mother had a very clear will giving the property to my wife. It is none of their business if the Administrator has paid the taxes or is dishing out the assets correctly.

A good solicitor will point out to the client any possible complications and would not have allowed this situation to occur.
