interest charges

My partner and me paid off our credit cards in full in middle of may yet she as had interest charge put on but I havnt paid then on same day don't no y

    You need to pay the credit card bill in full for two consecutive months before no interest will be added. This is called "trailing interest". It is the interest on the balance between the 1st statement date and the 1st payment date.
