Should I go to court?

In January I had a car accident which I believe I am not at fault for. I would like to know if you think I should attend court for it and if you think I am to blame / at fault at all. It's not really something you need to worry about either way. Your insurance co. will decide whether they wish to take it to Court and will only do so if they believe they have a strong case so just let them get on with it now. If it does go to Court being obstructive to attempts to reach a resolution without going to court will do the other party no favours
