Are these bedroom sizes big enough? Should we extend?

Hi,
My partner and I bought a 2 bedroomed house earlier in the year which needed some TLC. My plans were to knock down the upstairs wall and reconfigure the space to turn it in to a 3 bedroomed house (similar to other houses on the street). The work isn't a huge issue as it is all studwork so fairly easy to knock down and build up again.
The niggling thought in the back of my mind is whether the rooms will be of a sufficient size.
Currently the two bedrooms are as follows:
Master - 15ft x 10ft (with stair bulkhead in corner)
Bedroom 2 - 13ft x 8ft (built in wardrobe included)
The new layout proposes making use of the airing cupboard as bedroom space and also removing the built in wardrobe in bedroom 2 to create space.
New dimensions as follows:
Bedroom 1 - 12.5ft x 8ft
Bedroom 2 - 10.6ft x 8ft
Bedroom 3 - 6.5ft x 10ft (with stair bulkhead in corner)
Are these layouts feasible?
I have put the new layout on a floor planner website and the master bedroom would fit a double bed, 2 chest of drawers & 2 bedside units.
The 2nd bedroom would fit a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside unit
3rd bedroom would fit single bed and chest of drawers or single bunk bed with under bed storage.
Each bedroom would have its own window & radiator.
Any advice would be appreciated.
tl;dr are the new bedroom dimensions acceptable for a 3 bedroom semi-detatched house?
Thanks

No room for wardrobes? Also, where is the airing cupboard going to be?0

Would be too small for me if i was thinking about viewing in the future. Others may say different...0

Personally I wouldn't touch a house with the master and 2nd bedroom less than 3m x 3m, and the "narrow" side of all your bedrooms will be less than that.
Even 3x3 is quite small. I wouldn't do this change if I were you, I'd extend.0 -
Our first house had bedrooms about that size - they were small but workable!
These houses both have similar dimension if you need to see pictures of bedrooms!

- Regarding the airing cupboard, the plan would be to remove this in lieu for extra bedroom space.
- I made a mistake when putting the dimensions in, correct Master Bedroom is 13.5ft x 8ft.
- Thank you for comments - I clicked on the Rightmove link but it didn't seem to work!
Edit: for the time being bedroom 3 will include a large triple wardrobe and will be used as dressing room until we have another child.0 -
While the rooms aren't actually small, or too small - and many houses have bedrooms as small, or smaller ..... I suspect that potential buyers would think they're too small and seek out houses where the two main bedrooms were at least 10' on the short side.
So, whether or not you're restricting your market will depend upon other local houses and expectations, size and price.0 -

Even if you decide to move somewhere bigger at that stage, I think a lack of decent storage or room for wardrobes might put a lot of viewers off.0 -

I'll edit the link - meanwhile try this and then look for others on the same street - number 26 is the same plan!

With no room for wardrobes and no airing cupboard, where are all the towels, bedding, out of season curtains etc going to be stored?
I think the lack of storage space will put future buyers off.0 -

I think it might depend how usable the loft is for out of season stuff - bedding and towels can usually be stored in bed drawers quite easily.0
