Morning all,
Having recently retired (61), I wonder if you could provide a bit of a steer of what to do next in my financial planning.
I'm pretty much maxed out with Santander 123 accounts, I dont intend to start drawing my db pension for another 3 year or so, I've taken the 25% TF from my £45K dc pot the remainder presently sat with HL as cash but being drawn down at £11k div by 12 months to remove any tax implications. As the remaining but decreasing draw down pot is earning nothing at all as cash what could I do with it to provide some level of investment? obviously low risk and minimal effort on my part is preffered, I would for ease, like to remain with HL.
Thank you

HL dont really have any good place to save cash.
You should be able to manage the tax implications, after your first payment has been made you should get a tax code and then you can withdraw the rest as one lump sum and put it into something like 3% current accounts, regular saver accounts, there's some effort involved and you are still only looking at 2-3% for most.0
