Booked a holiday well 2 actually for the summer holidays . Via email from BReakfreeholidays bargain summer sale .
Last week along with I believe 96 other families !

I paid deposit on debit card , balance in FULL two days later . Received confirmed booking from BFH ,
I even spoke to them regarding disabled caravan Monday and Tuesday morning .... No mention of mis price , I was told because it was silver booked caravan it will be fine . As I did say I was concerned very negative reviews on trip advisor and with my lung condition I have to be extremely careful .... There was no mention of mis price on the Monday or Tuesday telephone call . Despite BFH saying it was noticed and corrected Monday morning !! Yes have all my screen shots !
Martin taught me a lot in many many years !!

There contract states once we receive booking we have legally binding contract
So why have you BFH cancelled all our holidays . Despite me saying I refuse refund as we had a contract and suing you for loss of bargain !!
You have COMPLETEY ignored my emails and telephone calls , I have all the proofs of everything correspondent !!

I am not in hospital and put This down to stress of my lung condition !
You have been so rude and ignorant with your bully antics , once I'm out of hospital I will take it to small claims courts , not only have family members booked dates of work but 2 sets of dear children too
Shameful and I have spoken to cab and waiting trading standards call back
But will take legal action for " loss of a bargain "

Sorry about under heavy meds in my hospital bed , thank BFH for this awful stress you out me under last week BY IGNORING all my questions and refusing to email or ring back :mad::mad::mad:
