Lol look at you worrying about your score.
Your score isnt seen by lenders just you. Your credit file is what's important.
Just buy a car if you have the money, will be easier to sort.0 -

Morning, unfortunately no one here is going to be able to give you a definite answer to your question. But I would consider the fact you have no negative credit data on file, and you are on the electoral roll and have a very healthy wage of £92.5k then getting a car on PCP should not be a major hurdle. The PCP is in essence secured against a car which they could take back if you failed to pay. But I would make one suggestion to you and that would be if you are saving hard as you put it, I would stop that for a while and pay the vanquis card of ASAP the Apr is usually horrendous and the card should only really be used as a credit builder. Good luck'If you ain't living life on the edge you are taking up too much room'

Thanks for the update but as you've deleted all your previous messages, most of the readers of your thread won't have a clue what your query was.
Much nicer to leave the original query, as this can help people searching for the same issue in the future.

Why would you delete all your posts!. Like I said before I think people should be banned for doing this. Please help
A bit of background, I am driving a 220k mile car which I currently own however trading this against a newish car on pcp (3 year old) as I need something reliable as the mrs is now pregnant and also work wise, I cant afford any moe breakdows.
My score as of a 3 weeks ago on Experian was 827, at that point I had on it
HSBC Current Account (no issues)
Vodafone mobile (no issues)
Vanquis Credit Card (pai on time, balance of £1k, limit £2.5k)
However I wasn't on Voters rolls which Is why I think score was low
I managed to get onto Voters roll which shot score to 977 however I have lost one of my credit accounts (due to a naming issue)
So now my file onlw shows
HSBC CUrrent account
Vodafone mobile phone
(the vanquish credit card has disappeared due to a naming issues and alias issue)
Vanquis have updated my name to the correct name however its taking time for this to link through to Experian, in order to update my credit file with this information
Primary reason I am pushing this so hard is to ensure I do get the PCP, however I am worried this now wont happen in tiem. he dealer is wiling to wait until Wednesday prior to running the credit check
I am going to phone Vanquis again tom, whom Experian have mentioned have online access to the credit file and should be able to update it live, with changes being made on Experian the next day
I have phoned and phoned both non stop and virtually cant get this to link until vanquish pass the info on.
What do you guys recommend, with no live credit showing just a mobile phone and also Vodafone bill, do I have a chance at getting accepted
Salary wise I am doing well, on £92.5k and outgoings including rent and bills is arund £2k, so saving a lot
I am putting in £3k into the deal, so thefinance needed on PCP is £12kish...
If you are earning £92.5K a year why do you have a credit card which such a low limit and with a balance on?. Also you should have enough savings to buy a brand new car outright so why do you need a PCP?0 -
