hello was wondering if anyone could help with this strange situation..
im having problems with an estate agents due to reference fees and want to contact the property ombudsmen but when i try to go on their website i get the message access forbidden repeat offender(autobanned). i have never contacted them before in my life so what is that message all about!!! any help would be great thank you.

It looks like they have messed up their security settings somewhere. Nothing to do with you - I get the same thing.
I'd try again tomorrow afternoon - they should be back at work after the bank holiday and hopefully will get it fixed0 -
