0% Credit Card - Euro Purchases or Preloading Euro Card?

in Credit cards
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me.
I'm getting married in 4 months time abroad and paying for the wedding when getting there in Euro - as well as needing spending money etc.
I'm going to be around 4-5k short - so thinking of options on how to get this.
I was hoping of getting a 27 month 0% credit card and I'd have no problem paying this off within the time.
However, I'm paying for the wedding over there in Euro (although they accept bank transfer, but don't think that helps? But they can accept cash or card payment).
I'm using some currency cards like FairFX and playing for some bits and pieces over there on card in Euro - however there's a 2.5% fee for loading the cards with a credit card.
Is there any other way of doing this I am missing?
My other option is to move all my spending onto said 0% credit card for the next 4 months and save all the extra money and see if I end up with enough or not (I can likely lend the rest from family if need be).
Thanks in advance.
(The country is Cyprus, if that matters).

It's long time since I checked this thread, but you may have a look: Curve Card
This card can possibly be of interest too if combined with 0% card and Curve: Revolut – perfect rates & £5 bonus0 -
Thanks for those. Just seen "Supercard" which looks similar and a better option - linking it to a 0% credit card would be perfect. Just hope they roll it out in the next few months!0
