Wierd problem with WMC program Guide

My desktop was out of action for the last year, mostly due to laziness. I finally got round to putting it back together changing my TV card from a Dual Channel Video mate E750 SD tuner to a TBS 6205 Quad Channel HD card.
Everything's gone great can get pictures both SD & HD video and audio, but get the message "No data available" in the programme guide on the following channels.

45 - Film 4+1
68 - truTV
71 - CBS Drama
78 - 5usa+1
102 - BBC2 HD
104 - Channel 4 HD
105 - Channel 5 HD
108 - Al Jazeera Eng HD
109 - Channel4+1 HD
110 - 4seven HD
113 - RT HD

Most channels are fine. There maybe more that don't work, but I delete/disable channels channels that I don't use after I have set up my tuner up (such as shopping channels).

I have already done a rescan/setup, no change.

all 4 tuners will record (even the channels that have screwed up guide, just can't set timers on those channels)

Any ideas?
