Maximus ESA (WCA) Medical - how long to wait?

Hi
Had a WCA a week or so ago. I was in the Support Group and I was wondering how long would I have to wait for a decision from the DWP?
Does my chances of success rise with being in the Support Group when reassessed?
Cheers and appreicated

All of which is of now help to the OP!
I believe that ESA decisions are taking a few weeks after the face2face assessment.
The assessor will have no knowledge of your previous claim (or even whether there is one) so your chances of being allocated to the support Group this time are just the same as they were the first time round.0 -
My Decision took less than 14days to come through in the post.
I was Placed in the WRAG category but I fully intend to Appeal.
Its getting a Mandatory Reconsideration decision that's the hard part they can take as long as they wish with those.
As for the above NLW's Post, I cannot figure out what your trying to say to the OP plus it has nothing to do with the OP situation at all.
I can only see it as a benefit bashing post, and these type of posts are not welcome here.0 -

Mandatory Reconsideration said 0 points too. So I've just sent off Appeal papers to Tribunal.0 -

Good Luck with your appeal. Some of the ESa medical assessments are very poor.
Hope the tribunal comes to the right decision for you.
You are probably aware of the benefits and work website:

It is a really good source of info for benefit appeals. Particularly if you can't assess a CAB caseworker.
