Omg it's continuing to prompt me to download it and I have 5 times nothing is happening. It says it's installed but it's not running:mad::mad:

Why do you need a printer plug-in?
Are you trying to install it on a browser that is non-compatible? What browser do you use? Which coupon printer?0 -

It downloads a file, presumably to your 'Downloads' folder. Have you gone to your downloads folder to find the file? If that's all that's happened, it's not installed. Open the file - maybe it's a .Zip and there'll be something in there to either double-click or drag into the Applications folder.
If you're not sure, tell us what the FULL name of the file being downloaded is.0
