As a thank you, and a little incentive to complete the survey, we will enter you into a prize draw to win a fantastic £5,000 cruise voucher.

The winner will be drawn on 1st July 2016. Only fully completed surveys will be entered.

Terms & conditions: The survey must be completed by 30th June. The £5000 cruise voucher is applicable for one cruise booking only, which must be booked by 30th November 2016. It may be used on any Fred. Olsen cruise departing up to February 2018. The prize draw will be made on 1st July 2016 and the winner notified within 14 days. You must have completed all questions and included your full name, and postal and email addresses to be entered. No liability is accepted for lost, damaged or incomplete entries. Winner will be chosen at random. Cruise voucher can only be used for the basic cruise fare. Additional costs including, but not limited to, insurance, Shore Tours and on board spend are not covered. No refund will be given for any unused value. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The winner must be the lead name on the booking and must travel on the cruise. No correspondence will be entered into. Fred. Olsen’s decision is final.

Even though few of us got the 500 Error message, the survey must have worked as I tried again after guido342, post#4, kindly updated us and received a "You have already taken this survey."
...Merrily merrily goes she...I don't have to go on clicking the same questions again.
