Hi i have been on esa for a while approximately a year i had my medical not so long ago but i failed with 0 points

i asked for MR over phone when they rung me to explain why i have 0 points. But a month later i rang up to c whats going on theh told me my case was closed so they advised me to right a letter explain what happened and why you want a MR

I have nystagmus from birth this is my 1st ever post

I want to know if anybody has been through this or similar situation am in my early 20s

it sounds as if there is some kind of **** up their end and someone didn't enter onto your file that you asked for a MR.

What did CAB advise you?

You need to write and tell them when you telephoned for a MR (calls may have been recorded) and then ask for the MR based on where you disagree with their decision. Have you got the statement of reasons?

if they do not change their decision then you can go to appeal.

Pmlindy is prolly right.

I recently phoned the Job Center, ESA and the Decision Maker and sent a letter off to get a MR regarding a sanction. That was over a 2 months ago, apparently nothing is on the system.

If you wish to continue your appeal of the DWP decision to the Tribunal Service you will need a copy of the Mandatory Reconsideration Notice.

You could use this format to write to them re-requesting an MR:

Keep a copy and get proof of posting.

It may also be a good idea to go back to the CAB. They could help you complete it and may be able to include their details to act as your representive. They may also be able to speak to the DWP on their escalation phone line.
