Have Virgin cancelled your account/ number? Do they agree they have done this and if so, do they say why?

You need to be a little clearer. Are you saying that:

    - Virgin have disconnected your phone line
    - They have sent you a phone bill with £120 of calls you don't recognise
    - Or have they charged you a cancellation fee of £120, because they think you've cancelled

(Are you perhaps saying that Virgin disconnected your service because you refused to pay the £120 bill?)

If the problem relates to unrecognised calls, what are the numbers that appear on your bill? Could it be anything to do with your alarm malfunctioning and making repeated calls?

Also, are you clear about why the engineer is visiting, and whether you might be charged for the visit?

Isn't it maddening when someone posts a confusing message and never returns to clarify? :)

You can link many alarms to a phone/ data line .
