Now if their charges are so fair and they've done nothing wrong why do this? Do we think they're trying to curry favour with the OFT before the test case? I do.

anyone else noticed that their charges are gonna be £60-£200 a month?at the top scale thats more than twice what they charge now!!!0

i have noticed lloyds are not charging my for being over my overdraft (apart from the interest)0

It's all b*****s, they are doing everything apart from hitting the core problem...the fact that they are nothing but legalised loan sharks.
All they need to do is say how much it costs them to bounce a cheque, bounce a Direct Debit and charge that amount.
All these plans are just a smokescreen for them to continue to hide behind.0 -
its all been carefully worked out to ensure roughly the same overall figure comes in through a combination of account upgrades and higher frequency, lower single instance fee's. very clever really.0
