Scottish Power to Online Scottish Power?
My mum is currently with Scottish Power on a Premier Plus tariff-I have calculated her annual cost over last 12 months to be £550 yet S Power have just increased her monthly payment to £63.50pm which is way over the top. I have looked into switching her to Scot Power Online via either Quidco or Money Supermarket to gain switch payment but it wont let ypu switch from S Power non online to online. You have to phone up to switch therefore missing out on the switch payment. Is there anyway to get round this?

Other than cancel, wait a few weeks sit in the dark freezing with no telly I'm afraid your stuck with doing it directly with them. I would at least change now or look for an alternative supplier.0

Hi philng,
Can I ask where you got the highlighted info from, as I have successfully done this without phoning up

Sounds interesting Squirt. I am in the middle of the same process. My capped price with S/Power comes to an end at the end of the month. i was paying £54/month, the latest quote is £75. I have rung 3 times and gone round the houses. I think I am being quoted well over the odds., So do I understand you correctly, you contacted them thru Quidco, and got a good deal0

Sorry to butt in, I would like to ask Squirt how long ago did you do your xfer.
I have tried this also via Quidco and it say it can't offer me the transfer and to ring customer services, I am putting my supplier as SP and xfering to SP online, tried to click on all the deals seperatly but still getting the same reply
I wondered if they have stopped us xfering if you are already with them, or am I doing something wrong?
I did ring them and they said you have to do the xtfer via the telephone but they would wouldn't they.
Thanks for any advice

Hi shellyd. I applied in July and was paid in Oct. Try clearing cookies before applying thru' Quidco. (Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies) If that does'nt work then maybe SP have changed their system. Perhaps if mechy is online he/she can help. I know that now I'm registered to do anything online with SP it detects the fact that I'm an existing customer.

I'm in the same boat! I can apply for the packages if my current supplier is not SP but as it is my current supplier it won't give my the option to switch tariff online & earn cashback  .0
