Hi, am urgently seeking some help about Virgin TV package please.


My cousin recently died and we have a house clearance company coming round to clear her house tomorrow. I have just realised that she had a Virgin TV package. Reading the Virgin bill it states:-


Line Rental
TV Size: XL


Can anyone give me an idea what I will have to return to Virgin in the way of equipment?


My cousin's house was in a right mess when she died so am just wondering what I should be looking out for. The only thing I think I remember seeing was a small'ish black box which may or may not have been the Virgin box. Also would any cables have to be returned? Any idea what they would look like? I assume the TV itself wouldn't have been supplied by Virgin, but don't know for sure.


Need to get round to her house early tomorrow before the house clearance people throw everything away.

TV only will mean a VM TV box. Cables wont matter.

When I last looked round the house a couple of weeks ago I think I saw a black box similar, maybe, to the first photo you posted. I thought there was some kind of logo or something written on the box but couldn't see it clearly enough cos it was covered in thick dust! I also couldn't get close enough to it because of all the mess in the room.

Providers are normally very good when dealing with circumstances where the account holder passes, and they all have specialist trained teams to deal with such bereavement.
