solicitors letter

I received a letter from wright hassall who have been instructed by ZZPS acting on behalf of civil enforcement ltd to pay a parking fine within 14 days or the matter may be passed to their litigation department . Do I need to respond to this letter or just ignore it. Thanks Andy.

It's just a debt collector letter.

Ignore it, but complain to the SRA about the misleading letter.

There is no debt, the solicitors should know that this is a scam. Complain to the SRA

The very infamous Wright Hassall, who play at debt collectors with threats. CEL started the ticket rat run, then passed it to ZZPS to threaten and harass people.
Unless ZZPS actually purchased the amount from CEL, only CEL can instruct Wright Hassall as they are the principal.

That is one hat they wear ... harassing motorists

The other hat means that motorists are supposed to trust them
to be honest and be fair in their new role as POPLA.
They are very secretive about giving out the name of the assessor

On this basis alone, Wright Hassall cannot be considered as being credible or trustworthy ???

Unless you get REAL court papers, treat these debt collectors as pests and NEVER CONTACT THEM
