MBNA PPI Already Claimed

Hi,
I have previously successfully claimed PPI on a MBNA credit card. I have now heard that the redress may have been underpaid. Can I now claim again for the balance I should've received?
Thanks

If you have compelling evidence that you paid more PPi than you were refunded then you can, of course, present this to the Bank. Otherwise, no,you cannot simply make a prospective "claim".0

Thanks, I have just read an article published in the Daily Telegraph from June 2014 which mentions MBNA did not include fees and charges in their calculations.
As my claim was in 2012, I am going to go back to them anyway. Nothing to lose as they say0 -

They dont have to include fees/charges unless the PPi would have made a difference. e.g. if the limit was £1000 and your PPI payment was £15 and you went over limit by £12 and incurred charges then they should pay the charge back. However, if you went over by £50 and incurred charges, they would not be required to pay the charges back as, even without the PPI, you would still have incurred the charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
